Shipping and Payment
This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
Delivery Countries
We deliver to all member states of the European Union, as well as to Switzerland and Norway. Delivery to other countries, including the United Kingdom, is currently not possible.
Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.

Whether the free shipping threshold has been reached is displayed in the shopping cart and during the "Shipping Method" checkout step. Decisive is the value of goods including VAT after deduction of discounts. If we additionally offer express or premium shipping, this is always subject to a fee; the price will be displayed during the "Shipping Method" checkout step.
Delivery Times
We usually hand over your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days after conclusion of the contract, or in the case of advance payment (bank transfer), after receipt of your payment. Estimated transit times of the carriers are:
- Hermes Paket (Germany): 2–4 business days
- DHL Paket: Germany 1–3 business days, other countries 2–6 business days
- UPS Standard: 2–5 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory public holidays at the dispatch and delivery locations.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are export deliveries. We do not charge German VAT; the displayed price is adjusted as soon as you enter your delivery address. Upon import, local import VAT, customs duties, and carrier processing fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by you as the recipient.
Payment Methods
- Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay — processed via our payment service provider Mollie B.V., Amsterdam. Which payment methods are offered depends on your country and device (e.g., Apple Pay only on Safari with a configured Wallet). For Klarna, the terms of Klarna also apply and will be shown during the payment step. Your account is debited upon completion of the order, or for Klarna according to the terms of the selected Klarna payment method.
- Advance Payment (Bank Transfer) — you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. Please transfer the amount within 7 days, indicating the order number. We ship upon receipt of payment.
- Purchase on Account (Invoice) — only for customers whom we have activated for this payment method. The invoice amount is due without deduction within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Our bank details can be found in the order confirmation and on the invoice.
- Cash on Collection — only when picking up your order at our store in Berlin.

You will receive your invoice together with the delivery or by email.
